1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and your relationship with PT. Kolibry From Bali, the legal entity behind Kolibry Retreat Center. By using this website, making a reservation, or submitting any information through our site, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services
2. Booking, Deposit & Payment Policy
· A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount, payable within 3 business days after the rental agreement.
· If the deposit is not received within this time frame, the reservation is voided automatically.
· The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the check-in date.
· If booking occurs less than 30 days before check-in, full payment is required immediately.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
· More than 60 days before arrival: 75% refund of the deposit (25% cancellation fee applies)
· Between 30–60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit
· Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund of the deposit
· Final balance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances
We recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
· Check-in: From 11:00 AM
· Check-out: By 2:00 PM
Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
5. House Rules & Guest Conduct
Guests must maintain respect for the peaceful nature of the retreat. The following are not allowed unless explicitly approved:
· Loud music or parties
· Smoking in non-designated areas
· Unauthorized visitors
· Vandalism or misuse of property
· Use of illegal substances or activities
Violation of these rules may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
6. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, PT. Kolibry From Bali or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and its content. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download, and print pages for personal use only, subject to the restrictions below.
You must not:
· Republish material from this website (including republication on another website)
· Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the website
· Reproduce or exploit material for commercial purposes
· Show any material in public without permission
